This is the first picture of Sara Ann Rees, born on the 14th of June 2001, at 3.21a.m. She is huge, with no discernable neck, and huge hands - she looks like a cartoon character drawn with 5 fingers, which makes the standard 4-fingured figure look more balanced. If she were male, I'd suspect she would end up as a great front-row forward. She is truly beautiful, though, and has much more hair than Megan did at the same age. |

Megan dressed up as a star for her first christmas performance at nursery. She was very well behaved, and beautiful. This was on the 18th December 1999. |

The left-hand picture was taken 7/10/98. Megan was then 6 months old - how time flies! On the right is the earliest known picture of me, and I do look a great deal like my own daughter, poor kid. It is a very large file indeed, about 280K, but disturbing enough to be worth the wait.

This is Lisa, who has lived with us for the last 2 years. This was the only picture she could bear to be seen in. She no longer has the pierced eyebrow, or the blonde streaks. She plans to become a firefighter, which I think is magnificent, and is something I could never have done (too fat and idle). |
The Spicer Boys.
I was hoping to have a photograph from Arwen's digital camera to use here, as she and Carl were coming over at Easter to see Megan, but she phoned up this morning to say her waters had broken and her contractions were 3 mins apart! Good luck Arwen.
Arwen and Carl had a baby boy on Easter Saturday ,1998. Ian was keen that the kid (and any others born since) be named Alathar, unfortunately, he never stood a chance.
STOP PRESS.......
The Spicer Boy has a name! Not Alathar, unfortunately, but the rarely heard: Kaelan Alexander . Look out the Eastern Mediterranean, Persia and India, Alexander lives again.
Kaelan now has a brother. On 14 November 1999, Ashwyn Christopher was born. Congratulations to Arwen and Carl, again. See below, and on this page for pictures.

Of Nappies and The Endless.
Megan was born about 1 1/2 weeks ago (when this was written ).
She has blondish hair, which allows her scalp to show through, giving her a skinhead look. Much like her dad, on occasion. As I've said before, she was 8lb 12oz at birth, and grew to about 9lb 3oz within a week. She is quite tall as well, at 52cm ( that's 1ft 8 1/2in ).
I was talking to Megan the other day, and, granted she wasn't replying much, when a great truth was revealed to me. I was explaining to my daughter about the true powers of the universe, the Endless. First came Destiny, then Death. After the eldest two came my favourite, my master Dream. She would soon be entering his realm, so I had to explain the polite way to behave. Next in age came Destruction, who has departed his realm, then Desire and Despair, the twins. Delerium was last, who was once Delight. Then the truth was revealed to me, there is an eighth member of the family, a latecomer, granted but equally powerful: Diaper of the Endless!
